'Home Workout | Full Body Workout | Follow Along @Broly Gainz'

'In this video I show you a 5 min simple strength training home workout. Each workout isn\'t a rep count it\'s for at least 1 min. If you stop for a break please stop the time.When you continue pls restart the time but complete exercise for 1 minute.    1 min Animal push ups.   1 min  Back swim   1min core sit ups   1 min squats   1min  burpees   Not only will you gain strength from these exercises but ur abs will be get ripped your legs will get shredded and most importantly you\'ll be more attentive too how your body feels. Calisthenics is better for growth especially when just starting because you can learn your body easier than lifting weights. You need to learn your body so you can learn how or what it needs to change.
